Aromatic and hearty vegetable soup. I recommend you cook it. Treat yourself to a wonderful taste.
Ingredients:
Water – 2 l
Milk or cream – 100 ml
Potatoes – 4-5 pcs.
Onion – 1 head
Garlic – 1-2 cloves
Carrots – ½ pcs.
Butter (or ghee) – 1 tablespoon
Chicken egg – 1 pc.
Salt, pepper – to taste
Preparation:
- Pour water into a saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Peel the potatoes, garlic and carrots, cut into cubes and add to the boiling water.
- Add salt and spices.
- Cut the onion into cubes, fry in butter and add to the soup.
- Beat the egg and pour it into the boiling soup in a thin stream.
- Add milk or cream and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Serve with fresh herbs.
