White soup

Aromatic and hearty vegetable soup. I recommend you cook it. Treat yourself to a wonderful taste.

Ingredients:

Water – 2 l

Milk or cream – 100 ml

Potatoes – 4-5 pcs.

Onion – 1 head

Garlic – 1-2 cloves

Carrots – ½ pcs.

Butter (or ghee) – 1 tablespoon

Chicken egg – 1 pc.

Salt, pepper – to taste

Preparation:

  1. Pour water into a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  2. Peel the potatoes, garlic and carrots, cut into cubes and add to the boiling water.
  3. Add salt and spices.
  4. Cut the onion into cubes, fry in butter and add to the soup.
  5. Beat the egg and pour it into the boiling soup in a thin stream.
  6. Add milk or cream and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  7. Serve with fresh herbs.
