Tuscan baked fish.

Today I recommend you to pay attention to Italian cuisine. Baked Tuscan fish is a quick and easy recipe with a tangy flavor and delightful aroma.

Ingredients:

Fish fillet – 2 pcs.

Onion – 1 pc.

Sweet pepper – 1 pc.

Garlic – 2 cloves

Tomato sauce – 150 g

Olive oil – 2 tablespoons

Balsamic vinegar – 1 tablespoon

Ground pepper

Salt

Parsley

Basil

Preparation:

  1. Cut onions and peppers into half rings. Place an even layer of onions in a baking dish and a layer of peppers on top. Pour olive oil and put for 20 minutes in an oven heated to 190 degrees Celsius.
  2. Take the vegetables out of the oven. Sprinkle them with chopped garlic, salt, pepper and water with balsamic vinegar. Pour the tomato sauce over the top. Bake for another 10 minutes.
  3. Take the vegetables out of the oven, lay the fish on them, salt, pepper and bake for another 20 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle with parsley and basil when serving.
