A very simple but delicious turkey recipe. With it you will quickly prepare lunch or dinner.
Ingredients:
Turkey fillet – 500 g
Onion – 1 pc.
Garlic – 2 cloves
Tomato sauce – 4 tablespoons
Vegetable oil – 3 tablespoons
Basil – 5 leaves
Pepper mixture
Salt
Instructions:
- Dice the turkey fillets and fry in vegetable oil for 3-4 minutes.
- Add chopped onion and garlic. Cook for another 2-3 minutes stirring constantly.
- Add chopped basil, tomato sauce, pepper and salt to the meat. Stir, cover and cook for 10-15 minutes.
