Ingredients:
Pumpkin – 250 g
Semolina – 50 g
Cream – ½ cup
Eggs – 2 pcs.
Hard cheese – 50 g
Grated paprika – 1 teaspoon
Turmeric – 1 teaspoon
Dry garlic, pepper mix, salt – to taste
Butter – 20 g
- Grate the pumpkin on a coarse grater.
- Add semolina and spices. Mix everything.
- Grate the cheese.
- Whip the eggs with cream until thick foam forms.
- Grease the baking dish with butter, put the pumpkin mixture in it.
- Put the grated cheese on top, distribute evenly.
- Pour in whipped cream.
- Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
