Pancakes with stuffing (lean)

Cooking pancakes is very simple. Add to them a tasty vegetable filling and get a wonderful dish.

Knead the dough:

1. Flour – 1 cup

2. Salt – ½ teaspoon

3. Sugar – 1 tablespoon

4. Vegetable oil – 2 tablespoons

5. Water – 1 cup

6. Soda – a tip of a knife (extinguish with lemon juice or vinegar)

The batter should be liquid, if it is too thick, you can add water.

Bake thin pancakes.

Filling:

1. Onion – 1 head (chop finely).

2. Carrots (medium) – 1 piece (shred on a grater).

3. Celery – 1 stalk (chop finely).

4. Potatoes – 2-3 medium sized tubers (peel, grate).

5. Garlic – 1 clove (chop finely).

Fry vegetables in vegetable oil, salt, pepper, add dry paprika.

Wrap the stuffing in the pancakes. Place the pancakes in a baking mold, smear tomato paste or ketchup on top. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
