Millet casserole with apples

This casserole is nutritious and delicious, and it’s also super easy to make. It’s a great recipe for quick cooking.

Ingredients:

Millet groats – 1 cup

Water – 1.5 cups

Apples – 4-5 pcs.

Egg – 1 pc.

Butter – for greasing the pan

Salt, sugar, cinnamon, vanillin – to taste

Preparation:

  1. Rinse the cereal, add water, boil until the water boils away.
  2. Add a raw egg and spices to the cereal, stir.
  3. Wash the apples, remove the core, peel if desired, cut into thin slices.
  4. Grease the baking dish with butter, put the apples in, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
  5. Put the millet on top of the apples in the dish, smooth it out.
  6. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees.
  7. Before serving, you can decorate with fresh fruit and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
