Homemade Ice Cream “Strawberries and Cream”

Ice cream can be made quickly and easily using the following ingredients:

Fresh strawberries – 250 g

Sour cream – 200 g

Cream – 100 g

Sugar – 100 g

Egg white – 2 pcs.

Agar-agar – 1 teaspoon

Preparation:

  1. Wash strawberries, chop in a blender.
  2. Add sour cream and sugar to the berries, beat until smooth.
  3. Dilute agar-agar in cream, bring to a boil, stirring constantly, boil for 1-2 minutes, cool slightly and carefully pour into the strawberry-sour cream mixture. Beat everything with a mixer.
  4. Beat egg whites with a mixer at high speed until a thick foam forms.
  5. Gently add the whites to the mixture, stir with a fork or spatula.
  6. Pour the mixture into molds, let it stabilize at room temperature for 5 minutes, and then place in the freezer for 3-4 hours.
  7. Before serving, garnish with fresh fruit, sprinkle with coconut flakes, or pour syrup.
