Cottage cheese dessert with fruits

Cottage cheese with fruits is a delicate dessert with a wonderful combination of ingredients. Its bright taste will definitely please children.

Ingredients:

Cottage cheese – 250 grams

Sour cream – 100 grams

Sugar – 2 teaspoons

Gelatin – 1 tablespoon

Water – 100 ml

Banana – 1 pc

Kiwi – 1 pc

Orange 1 pc

Preparation:

  1. Mix cottage cheese, sour cream, sugar and beat with a blender.
  2. Dissolve gelatin in water.
  3. Pour water with gelatin into the curd mass and mix.
  4. Cut the fruit into slices. You can cut the orange into small pieces.
  5. Put a layer of fruit in a mold or glass and pour in the curd mass. If desired, you can make several layers of fruit, alternating with the curd mass.
  6. Decorate the dessert with fruits or berries on top.
  7. Put the curd mass in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
