Cinnamon buns

Homemade cinnamon buns are a special treat that will put you in a good mood. They are very quick and easy to make, so these buns are perfect not only for a special occasion, but can also be served for breakfast at any time of the year. Soft, airy and aromatic, cinnamon buns are sure to please your whole family!

Ingredients:

Warm water – 125 ml

Dry yeast – 7 g (1 packet)

Sugar – 5 tablespoons

Vanilla sugar – 1 teaspoon

Cinnamon – 1 teaspoon

Salt – ½ teaspoon

Butter – 100 g

Vegetable oil – 1 tablespoon

Sour cream – 1 tablespoon

Milk – 50 ml

Flour – 450 – 500 g

Egg – 1 pc.

Cooking buns:

  1. Pour warm water and milk into a deep bowl. Add sour cream and stir.
  2. Add salt, vanilla, 2 tablespoons of sugar. Stir.
  3. Sift the flour, add dry yeast (fast), stir.
  4. Heat the butter, add to the dough.
  5. Add about 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
  6. Knead the dough, cover with film and leave in a warm place for 45 minutes. The dough should rise and double in size.
  7. Put the dough on the table, divide into equal parts (12-15). Roll the dough into balls. Cover with a towel or cling film.
  8. Whip the egg with cream or milk.
  9. Add cinnamon to three tablespoons of sugar, stir.
  10. Roll out each ball of dough, grease with beaten egg, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon, roll into a tube, roll into a snail. Place on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
  11. Bake the buns in the oven at 190-200 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
