Ingredients:
100 grams of dried apricots
50 grams cashew nuts
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon coffee
100 grams white chocolate
1 gram MYCRYO cocoa butter
Instructions:
- Grind the nuts with a blender.
- Pre-soak dried apricots, then cut into small cubes.
- Mix nuts, dried apricots and honey. Form candies from the resulting mass.
- Melt the chocolate in a water bath to 45 degrees, then cool to 35 degrees.
- Add cocoa butter and stir thoroughly.
- Dip the candies into the glaze, sprinkle coffee on top, place on a glazing rack or baking paper. Serve after the glaze has completely hardened.
