Chocolate and cream dessert

The dessert can be prepared quickly and easily from the following ingredients:

Cocoa – 1 tablespoon

Sugar – ½ cup

Cream – 1 cup

Corn starch – 2/3 cup

Butter – 1 tablespoon

Salt – on the tip of a knife

Agar-agar – ½ teaspoon

Grated nuts – 2 tablespoons

Preparation:

  1. Mix cocoa and sugar.
  2. Heat the cream in a saucepan. Reduce heat to low.
  3. Add butter and salt to the cream and stir.
  4. Stir constantly, add the sugar and cocoa mixture.
  5. When the mixture becomes smooth, add starch and agar-agar. Mix everything thoroughly.
  6. Stir constantly, bring to a boil. You should get a smooth mass.
  7. Let the mixture stabilize at room temperature for 1-2 minutes, pour into molds, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  8. Remove the dessert from the molds and roll in grated nuts.
