Ingredients:
100 grams of oat flakes
100 grams of almonds
150 grams dates (pitted)
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
4 tablespoons honey
100 grams of confectionery chocolate
For the glaze:
100 grams of chocolate
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions:
- Grind oatmeal, almonds and dates (pitted) in a blender.
- Add cocoa powder, honey and mix thoroughly. Form candies from the resulting dough.
- Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Add oil to it and mix.
- Dip the candies in the glaze and line them with a wire rack or parchment paper.
- Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
For glaze, of course, it is better to temper the chocolate. In this case, it does not melt quickly. We will use this type of glaze when preparing the next dessert.
