Bechamel sauce with processed cheese

Try making a sauce with processed cheese. It goes well with meat, vegetable dishes, and pasta.

Ingredients:

Butter – 40 g

Processed cheese – 1 pc.

Wheat flour – 1 tbsp.

Water at room temperature – 2 tbsp.

Cream – 50 ml

Salt, spices – to taste

Preparation:

  1. Melt butter in a saucepan.
  2. Put the saucepan with butter on low heat. Add cream and chopped cheese to the saucepan, mix until smooth.
  3. Dilute flour with water, mix until smooth, add to the saucepan, mix everything, cook for another 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  4. Add salt and spices if desired.
