Banana Souffle Recipe

This soufflé recipe is worth your attention. Treat yourself to a great dessert. It doesn’t take long to prepare.

Ingredients:

Banana (large) – 1 pc.

Egg – 2 pcs.

Honey – ½ teaspoon

Lemon juice – ½ teaspoon

Cinnamon – ½ teaspoon

Nuts, coconut flakes – optional

Preparation:

  1. Separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the whites into a thick foam.
  2. Peel the banana and chop it (preferably in a blender).
  3. Add honey, lemon juice, and cinnamon to the banana and mix.
  4. Combine the banana mixture with the whipped whites and mix gently.
  5. Place the mixture in baking tins.
  6. Bake in the oven at 190 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
  7. When serving, sprinkle the soufflé with coconut flakes or chopped nuts.
