Turkey with vegetables is a very simple and quick recipe. By preparing it from turkey fillet, tomatoes, cheese and cream, you will get a tasty and aromatic dish for dinner.
Ingredients:
Turkey or chicken fillet – 800 grams
Cream – 300 ml
Eggs – 2 pcs.
Tomato – 1 pc.
Garlic – 2 cloves
Cheese – 100 grams
Herbes de Provence – 1 teaspoon
Paprika – 2 teaspoons
Black pepper
Salt
Instructions:
- Cut the turkey fillet into cubes and place in a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix eggs, cream, salt, pepper, grated or chopped garlic, Provençal herbs and paprika.
- Pour the mixture over the turkey fillet.
- Cut the tomato into rings and place on top of the turkey.
- Grate the cheese and sprinkle over the turkey.
- Bake for 40 minutes at 190 degrees.
- When serving, you can add greens.
