Baked tuna with balsamic sauce

Baked Tuna is a quick and easy dinner that requires almost no prep, making it perfect for weeknights! Anyone can be a chef when preparing this restaurant-quality dish. It’s surprisingly easy to make at home!

Ingredients:

Tuna fillet – 300 g

Garlic – 2 cloves

Olive oil – 3 tablespoons

Balsamic vinegar – 3 tablespoons

Honey – ½ tablespoon

Lemon – ½ pc.

Ground red pepper

Salt

Instructions:

  1. Cut the tuna fillet into portions and place in a baking dish.
  2. Mix olive oil, finely chopped garlic, pepper and salt. Lubricate the fish pieces with the mixture.
  3. Mix balsamic vinegar with honey and brush over the fish.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
  5. Serve with lemon slices. You can decorate with greenery.
