Baked Tuna is a quick and easy dinner that requires almost no prep, making it perfect for weeknights! Anyone can be a chef when preparing this restaurant-quality dish. It’s surprisingly easy to make at home!
Ingredients:
Tuna fillet – 300 g
Garlic – 2 cloves
Olive oil – 3 tablespoons
Balsamic vinegar – 3 tablespoons
Honey – ½ tablespoon
Lemon – ½ pc.
Ground red pepper
Salt
Instructions:
- Cut the tuna fillet into portions and place in a baking dish.
- Mix olive oil, finely chopped garlic, pepper and salt. Lubricate the fish pieces with the mixture.
- Mix balsamic vinegar with honey and brush over the fish.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
- Serve with lemon slices. You can decorate with greenery.
