Baked pumpkin with mushrooms

Pumpkin with mushrooms is a great combination for a vegetarian dish. Spices will add their contribution to the aroma and taste and will not leave you indifferent. You will be pleasantly surprised.

Ingredients:

Pumpkin – 400 g

Mushrooms – 300 g

Butter – 2 tablespoons

Garlic – 3 cloves

Onion – 1 pc.

Pepper mix – ½ teaspoon

Paprika – ½ teaspoon

Egg – 2 pcs.

Sour cream – 2 tablespoons

Cheese – 150 g.

Salt

Preparation:

  1. Peel and dice the pumpkin. Cut the garlic into rings.
  2. Fry the garlic in butter.
  3. Add the pumpkin, pepper mixture, paprika, salt and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Place the pumpkin in an even layer in a baking dish.
  5. Chop the onion and fry in butter.
  6. Add the chopped mushrooms, salt and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  7. Place the mushrooms in a baking dish on top of the pumpkin.
  8. Mix the eggs and sour cream and beat. Pour the resulting mixture over the mushrooms.
  9. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top.
  10. Bake for 25 minutes at 190 degrees.
  11. Garnish with herbs when serving.
