This is an amazingly simple and delicious recipe. Bake mushrooms, vegetables, quail eggs together, add spices and get an amazing dish. I highly recommend you cook it.
Ingredients:
Mushrooms – 250 grams
Onions – 1 pc
Carrots – 1 pc
Cream – 30 ml
Butter – 30 grams
Paprika – 1 teaspoon
Quail eggs – 4 pcs
Grated cheese – ½ tablespoon
Hot red pepper
Salt
Preparation:
- Chop the onion and mushrooms, grate the carrots.
- Fry the onion in butter.
- Add the carrots, paprika and mushrooms to the onion. Salt and cook for another 3-5 minutes.
- Put the vegetables into a blender bowl. Add cream and pepper. Chop the vegetables.
- Put the puree into cocotte makers. Put the quail eggs on top of the puree. Sprinkle with cheese.
- Put the cocotte makers with the puree in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees. Bake for 15 minutes.
