Baked Avocado with Chicken and Cheese

This is a healthy and quick to prepare dish of avocado and chicken. It won’t take you long to cook it.

Ingredients:

Avocado – 2 pcs.

Chicken fillet – 200 g

Onion – 1 head

Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon

Egg – 1 pc.

Grated cheese – 30 g

Olive oil – 2 tablespoons

Pepper mix

Ground black pepper

Salt

Preparation:

  1. Finely chop the chicken fillet and onion.
  2. Fry the onion in olive oil.
  3. Add the chicken fillet to the onion, add salt and pepper and cook until the chicken is done.
  4. Cut the avocado lengthwise into two parts. Remove the pits.
  5. Carefully remove the pulp from the avocado without damaging the peel.
  6. Cut the avocado pulp into small cubes and sprinkle with lemon juice.
  7. In a bowl, mix the chicken fillet, avocado pulp and pepper mixture.
  8. Put the mixture into avocado peel “boats”.
  9. Whisk the egg and brush it over the filling in the “boats”.
  10. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top.
  11. Bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
  12. Garnish with herbs. Serve the dish hot.
