This is a healthy and quick to prepare dish of avocado and chicken. It won’t take you long to cook it.
Ingredients:
Avocado – 2 pcs.
Chicken fillet – 200 g
Onion – 1 head
Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon
Egg – 1 pc.
Grated cheese – 30 g
Olive oil – 2 tablespoons
Pepper mix
Ground black pepper
Salt
Preparation:
- Finely chop the chicken fillet and onion.
- Fry the onion in olive oil.
- Add the chicken fillet to the onion, add salt and pepper and cook until the chicken is done.
- Cut the avocado lengthwise into two parts. Remove the pits.
- Carefully remove the pulp from the avocado without damaging the peel.
- Cut the avocado pulp into small cubes and sprinkle with lemon juice.
- In a bowl, mix the chicken fillet, avocado pulp and pepper mixture.
- Put the mixture into avocado peel “boats”.
- Whisk the egg and brush it over the filling in the “boats”.
- Sprinkle with grated cheese on top.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
- Garnish with herbs. Serve the dish hot.
