Kumquat chocolates

Kumquat is both sweet and tart at the same time great for chocolate candies. Preparing chocolate candies with kumquat using this recipe will give you a wonderful treat in no time.

Ingredients:

100 grams of kumquat

100 grams apricots

50 grams of almonds

100 grams of milk chocolate

1 gram MYCRYO cocoa butter

Instructions:

  • Chop nuts, kumquat and apricots with a blender. It is better to soak apricots beforehand.
  • From the resulting mass form candies.
  • Melt chocolate in a water bath to 45 degrees, then cool to 35 degrees.
  • Add cocoa butter and stir thoroughly.
  • Dip the candies in the glaze and place on a grid for glazing. You can use baking paper for this. After about 5-10 minutes, the glaze will become more matte. This means it is hardening. It will fully harden in a few hours.
