Baked turkey with vegetables and cream

Turkey with vegetables is a very simple and quick recipe. By preparing it from turkey fillet, tomatoes, cheese and cream, you will get a tasty and aromatic dish for dinner. 

Ingredients:

Turkey or chicken fillet – 800 grams

Cream – 300 ml

Eggs – 2 pcs.

Tomato – 1 pc.

Garlic – 2 cloves

Cheese – 100 grams

Herbes de Provence – 1 teaspoon

Paprika – 2 teaspoons

Black pepper

Salt

Instructions:

  1. Cut the turkey fillet into cubes and place in a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix eggs, cream, salt, pepper, grated or chopped garlic, Provençal herbs and paprika.
  3. Pour the mixture over the turkey fillet.
  4. Cut the tomato into rings and place on top of the turkey.
  5. Grate the cheese and sprinkle over the turkey.
  6. Bake for 40 minutes at 190 degrees.
  7. When serving, you can add greens.
