Easy to prepare sauce of parsley, dill and spices will give freshness and flavor to a dish of meat, fish, seafood and vegetables.
Parsley greens – 100 g
Dill greens – 100 g
Garlic – 1-2 cloves
Salt – ½ teaspoon
Cumin seeds – ½ teaspoon
Black pepper – to taste
Lemon juice – ½ tablespoon
Vegetable oil – 1 tablespoon
Instructions:
- Finely chop the herbs and garlic, place in a mortar and grind until juicy.
- Roll the cumin seeds in a heated frying pan, grind and add to the herbs.
- Add pepper, salt, lemon juice and vegetable oil to the sauce and mix everything together.
