Baked omelet with mushrooms

Mushroom omelet is a tasty, quick and aromatic dish. A wonderful recipe for a quick dinner.

Ingredients:

Mushrooms – 200 g

Onions – 1 pc.

Curd cheese – 2 tablespoons

Egg – 1 pc.

Vegetable oil – 2 tablespoons

Grated cheese – 1 tablespoon

Salt

Instructions:

  1. Finely chop the onion and mushrooms and fry them in vegetable oil. Add salt, cream cheese and mix.
  2. Place in a baking dish, pour egg on top and sprinkle with cheese.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
  4. When serving, decorate with herbs.
