Baked meatballs with vegetables

These healthy baked vegetable meatballs are flavorful, juicy and nutritious with carrots, zucchini, onions and fresh herbs. Even the pickiest gourmets will love them!

Ingredients:

Minced meat – 300-400 g

Onion – 1 head

Carrots – 1 pc.

Sweet pepper – 1 pc.

Zucchini – ½ pc.

Garlic – 1-2 cloves

Butter – 1 tbsp. spoon

Sour cream – 1-2 spoons

Hard cheese – 50 g

Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp. spoon

Fresh herbs – to taste

Salt, pepper, spices – to taste

Instructions:

  1. Wash the vegetables, cut into small pieces, add salt and spices, fry until half cooked in vegetable oil.
  2. Place vegetables in a baking dish.
  3. Grate the cheese.
  4. Form the minced meat into balls and make a depression in the middle. Place a small piece of butter into the well.
  5. Place the meatballs on top of the vegetables in a baking dish.
  6. Grease the meatballs with sour cream and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in the oven at 180-200 degrees for about 30 minutes.
  7. Serve with fresh herbs.
