Probably everyone loves chicken wings in batter, so flavorful and with a crispy crust. Typically, such delicious wings are deep-fried in large quantities. But, unfortunately, this dish is not suitable for everyone. Unfortunately, me too. But I found a recipe for making such crispy wings without any oil at all. I share my find with you!
Chicken wings – 8 pcs.
Wheat flour – 3 tablespoons
Chicken egg – 1 pc.
Salt, black pepper, ground paprika, turmeric, suneli hops, garlic – to taste
Instructions:
- Wash the wings, dry with paper towels, rub with salt and garlic.
- Beat the egg, add pepper, paprika, turmeric, khmeli-suneli.
- Pour flour into a deep bowl, add some spices, mix.
- Dip the wings in the egg, roll in flour, and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the oven for 35 – 40 minutes at 190 degrees.
The wings come out crispy, juicy and rosy.
