This is a very interesting meat recipe. An appetizing, aromatic dish is prepared quickly and is not at all difficult.
Ingredients:
Minced meat – 400 g
Onions – 1 pc.
Garlic – 2-3 cloves
Sweet pepper – 1 pc.
Carrots – 1 pc.
Breadcrumbs – 3 tablespoons
Egg – 1 pc.
Salt, sugar, pepper, ground paprika – to taste
Vegetable oil – 1 teaspoon
Instructions:
- Wash and peel vegetables (onions, carrots, peppers, garlic), grind through a meat grinder, and add to minced meat.
- Add spices (salt, sugar, paprika), egg and 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs to the minced meat. Mix everything thoroughly. If the minced meat is a bit runny, add breadcrumbs.
- Form the minced meat into a log, grease with vegetable oil, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, and wrap in foil for baking.
- Bake in the oven for 1 hour at a temperature of 190 – 200 degrees.
- After baking, cool the dish and remove the foil. Can be served as a slice, or as a second course with a side dish and sauce.
