Pumpkin casserole

Pumpkin casserole is a great option for a simple, quick and healthy dinner.

Ingredients:

Pumpkin – 250 g

Semolina – 50 g

Cream – ½ cup

Eggs – 2 pcs.

Hard cheese – 50 g

Grated paprika – 1 teaspoon

Turmeric – 1 teaspoon

Dry garlic, pepper mix, salt – to taste

Butter – 20 g

  1. Grate the pumpkin on a coarse grater.
  2. Add semolina and spices. Mix everything.
  3. Grate the cheese.
  4. Whip the eggs with cream until thick foam forms.
  5. Grease the baking dish with butter, put the pumpkin mixture in it.
  6. Put the grated cheese on top, distribute evenly.
  7. Pour in whipped cream.
  8. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
