Ingredients:
Millet groats – 1 cup
Water – 1.5 cups
Apples – 4-5 pcs.
Egg – 1 pc.
Butter – for greasing the pan
Salt, sugar, cinnamon, vanillin – to taste
Preparation:
- Rinse the cereal, add water, boil until the water boils away.
- Add a raw egg and spices to the cereal, stir.
- Wash the apples, remove the core, peel if desired, cut into thin slices.
- Grease the baking dish with butter, put the apples in, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
- Put the millet on top of the apples in the dish, smooth it out.
- Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees.
- Before serving, you can decorate with fresh fruit and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
