Ingredients:
Cauliflower – 500 g
Butter – 1 tablespoon
Semolina – 2 tablespoons
Eggs – 3 pcs.
Pepper mix – ½ teaspoon
Ground dry garlic – ½ teaspoon
Salt
Preparation:
- Boil the cauliflower in salted water.
- Grease the baking dish with butter and sprinkle with semolina.
- Put the cabbage in an even layer in the baking dish.
- Sprinkle the cabbage with semolina.
- Mix the eggs, pepper mixture, ground garlic and salt in a bowl. Pour the resulting mixture over the cabbage.
- Bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
