Tuna stew is a great way to quickly prepare a juicy fish dish with an appetizing aroma. Vegetables will be a great addition to tuna.
Ingredients:
Tuna fillet – 400 g
Onions – 2 heads (medium)
Bell pepper – 2 pcs.
Mandarin – 1 pc.
Garlic – 3-4 cloves
Vegetable oil (preferably olive) – 2 tbsp.
Vinegar 9% – ½ teaspoon
Fresh herbs – to taste
Sesame seeds – 1-2 teaspoons
Salt, sugar, coriander, ground black pepper, hot red pepper, ground paprika, ginger – to taste
Preparation:
- Cut the tuna fillet into large pieces across the grain.
- Chop the onion into half rings, add salt, sugar, vinegar, leave for 5-10 minutes.
- Remove the stalk and seeds from the peppers, chop into strips.
- Wash the tangerine thoroughly, peel, cut the pulp into cubes, finely chop the peel.
- Chop the garlic into large pieces.
- Heat a dry frying pan, fry the pepper, paprika, ginger, garlic and tangerine peels. Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, stir.
- Put the tuna pieces in a frying pan with spices, salt, fry on all sides for 2-3 minutes. Transfer to a deep container.
- Fry the onion in vegetable oil, put on top of the fish.
- Fry the sweet pepper, put it on the roast.
- Before serving, garnish the roast with fresh herbs and sprinkle with sesame seeds. You can pour balsamic sauce over it.
