Roast turkey breast is a simple, but very appetizing, aromatic and nutritious dish of poultry. It does not take much time to prepare.
Ingredients:
Turkey breast fillet – 400 g
Bacon (you can use lard) – 40 g
Onion – 1 pc.
Vinegar 9% – ½ teaspoon
Dry white wine – 1 tbsp.
Garlic – 1 clove
Ginger root – ½ teaspoon
Salt, sugar, pepper, ground paprika – to taste
Preparation:
- Cut the turkey fillet into large pieces across the grain.
- Marinate the meat in spices: salt, sugar, garlic, ginger, pepper, vinegar. Leave for 10-15 minutes.
- Fry the bacon in a frying pan.
- Add the turkey meat to the bacon, fry on high heat on all sides.
- Add the onion, cut into half rings, to the roast. Reduce the heat of the frying pan. Fry for 1 minute.
- Add wine to the roast, fry until done.
- Garnish with herbs before serving. Serve with your favorite sauce. I recommend the pomegranate sweet and sour sauce Narsharab.
