The dessert can be prepared quickly and easily from the following ingredients:
Cocoa – 1 tablespoon
Sugar – ½ cup
Cream – 1 cup
Corn starch – 2/3 cup
Butter – 1 tablespoon
Salt – on the tip of a knife
Agar-agar – ½ teaspoon
Grated nuts – 2 tablespoons
Preparation:
- Mix cocoa and sugar.
- Heat the cream in a saucepan. Reduce heat to low.
- Add butter and salt to the cream and stir.
- Stir constantly, add the sugar and cocoa mixture.
- When the mixture becomes smooth, add starch and agar-agar. Mix everything thoroughly.
- Stir constantly, bring to a boil. You should get a smooth mass.
- Let the mixture stabilize at room temperature for 1-2 minutes, pour into molds, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Remove the dessert from the molds and roll in grated nuts.
