Cottage cheese with fruits is a delicate dessert with a wonderful combination of ingredients. Its bright taste will definitely please children.
Ingredients:
Cottage cheese – 250 grams
Sour cream – 100 grams
Sugar – 2 teaspoons
Gelatin – 1 tablespoon
Water – 100 ml
Banana – 1 pc
Kiwi – 1 pc
Orange 1 pc
Preparation:
- Mix cottage cheese, sour cream, sugar and beat with a blender.
- Dissolve gelatin in water.
- Pour water with gelatin into the curd mass and mix.
- Cut the fruit into slices. You can cut the orange into small pieces.
- Put a layer of fruit in a mold or glass and pour in the curd mass. If desired, you can make several layers of fruit, alternating with the curd mass.
- Decorate the dessert with fruits or berries on top.
- Put the curd mass in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
