Cottage cheese with berries is a very successful combination. You and your children will like this delicious, light, vitamin dessert. It is very easy to prepare.
Ingredients:
Water – 200 ml
Hibiscus tea – 1 tbsp
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
Sugar – 1 tbsp
Fresh berries (raspberries, blackberries, currants, etc. to taste) – 2 tbsp
Banana – 1 pc.
Cottage cheese 9% – 150 g
Honey – 1 tbsp
Milk – 50 ml
Agar-agar – 2 teaspoons
Whipped cream – for decoration (optional)
Preparation:
- Boil water, brew hibiscus tea. Strain, add sugar, lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of agar-agar, stir. Bring to a boil, cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Wash the berries, sort them, put them on the bottom of the molds.
- Pour the tea mixture over the berries. Leave to cool at room temperature for 25-30 minutes.
- Peel the banana, mash. Add cottage cheese and honey. Beat everything with a blender.
- Heat the milk, add 1 teaspoon of agar-agar, stir. Bring to a boil and cook over low heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour the milk mixture into the cottage cheese, beat with a blender.
- Place the curd mixture in the mold on top of the jelly. Put the dessert in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
- Remove the frozen dessert from the molds and decorate with berries and whipped cream.
