Baked mushrooms with potatoes

Baked mushrooms with potatoes are a light and filling meal after a long working day. A fresh vegetable salad will be a great addition to them.

Potatoes – 5 pcs.

Olive oil – 4 tablespoons

Balsamic vinegar – 4 teaspoons

Thyme – 1 teaspoon

Garlic – 3 cloves

Ground garlic – 1 teaspoon

Ground black pepper

Salt

Preparation:

  1. Boil the potatoes in their skins, peel and slice.
  2. Mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, thyme, ground garlic, pepper and salt.
  3. Add the mixture to the sliced ​​mushrooms and stir.
  4. Place the potatoes on a baking sheet, add salt, brush with olive oil and sprinkle with chopped garlic.
  5. Place the mushrooms on top.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes at 200 degrees.
