For this dish I used enoki mushrooms. The mushrooms resemble honey mushrooms, on long thin stems with small caps. Enoki are often used in Asian cuisine. They are added to soups, hot dishes and salads from fresh vegetables. Today we will prepare a hot dish. For this you will need:
Enoki mushrooms (you can use oyster mushrooms or honey mushrooms) – 200 g
Bacon – 12 slices
Soy sauce – 3 tablespoons
Honey – 2 tablespoons
Sesame seeds – 1 teaspoon
- Divide the mushrooms into 6 equal parts.
- Wrap the mushrooms in bacon (2 slices per bunch of mushrooms). Do not wrap the tops of the mushrooms.
- Line a baking sheet with baking paper, then lay out the mushrooms with bacon.
- Mix soy sauce and honey in a bowl. Grease the mushrooms and bacon with the resulting mixture.
- Bake the rolls for 10 minutes in an oven preheated to 190 – 200 degrees.
- Remove the baking sheet with the rolls from the oven. Drain the liquid released from the bacon. Grease the rolls again with sauce.
- Bake for another 10 minutes.
- Remove the rolls from the oven. Grease with sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for 2-3 minutes to brown the sesame.
- Serve hot.
