Baked mushrooms with quail eggs

This is an amazingly simple and delicious recipe. Bake mushrooms, vegetables, quail eggs together, add spices and get an amazing dish. I highly recommend you cook it.

Ingredients:

Mushrooms – 250 grams

Onions – 1 pc

Carrots – 1 pc

Cream – 30 ml

Butter – 30 grams

Paprika – 1 teaspoon

Quail eggs – 4 pcs

Grated cheese – ½ tablespoon

Hot red pepper

Salt

Preparation:

  1. Chop the onion and mushrooms, grate the carrots.
  2. Fry the onion in butter.
  3. Add the carrots, paprika and mushrooms to the onion. Salt and cook for another 3-5 minutes.
  4. Put the vegetables into a blender bowl. Add cream and pepper. Chop the vegetables.
  5. Put the puree into cocotte makers. Put the quail eggs on top of the puree. Sprinkle with cheese.
  6. Put the cocotte makers with the puree in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees. Bake for 15 minutes.
