Oven-baked fish recipe. Baked perch in onion-lemon marinade.

The recipe for fish in the oven is one of the healthiest, simplest and most delicious dinner options. The fish is cooked in an onion-lemon marinade, which gives it a delicious taste and aroma. 30 minutes and dinner is ready!

Baked fish goes great with a side dish of rice, potatoes, cauliflower or broccoli.

Ingredients:

2 sea bass fillets

1 onion

1 sprig of rosemary

1 clove of garlic

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon lemon zest

½ teaspoon sugar

1 tablespoon olive oil

Ground red pepper

Salt

Fish recipe in the oven:

  1. Cut the onion into half rings and place in a bowl.
  2. Add ½ teaspoon of salt, ½ teaspoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of lemon zest, rosemary, chopped garlic to the onion and mix.
  3. Put half of the onion with spices in an even layer in a baking bowl.
  4. Salt and pepper the fish and place on the onion.
  5. Put the remaining onion on the fish and leave to marinate for 15 minutes.
  6. Place in the oven and bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
  7. When serving, garnish with herbs. You can add lemon wedges and olives.
