Baked fish goes great with a side dish of rice, potatoes, cauliflower or broccoli.
Ingredients:
2 sea bass fillets
1 onion
1 sprig of rosemary
1 clove of garlic
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
½ teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon olive oil
Ground red pepper
Salt
Fish recipe in the oven:
- Cut the onion into half rings and place in a bowl.
- Add ½ teaspoon of salt, ½ teaspoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of lemon zest, rosemary, chopped garlic to the onion and mix.
- Put half of the onion with spices in an even layer in a baking bowl.
- Salt and pepper the fish and place on the onion.
- Put the remaining onion on the fish and leave to marinate for 15 minutes.
- Place in the oven and bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
- When serving, garnish with herbs. You can add lemon wedges and olives.
