The recipe for pepper buns is very simple and quick. The buns are tender, aromatic and delicious.
Ingredients:
Kefir – 1 cup
Eggs – 2 pcs.
Sweet pepper – 1-2 pcs.
Flour – 400 g
Sugar – 1 tablespoon
Salt – ½ teaspoon
Ground paprika – 1 teaspoon
Dried garlic – 1 teaspoon
Vegetable oil – 1 tablespoon
Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
Cheese – 40–50 g
- Beat eggs.
- Add kefir, salt, sugar, spices, mix.
- Wash bell pepper, dry with a napkin, remove seeds, chop finely, add to the mixture.
- Sift flour, add baking powder and gradually pour into the egg-kefir mixture.
- Add vegetable oil. Knead the dough.
- Grease baking molds with oil, fill with dough up to ½. Bake buns in a well-heated oven at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
- Remove buns from the oven, grease the surface with egg yolk, sprinkle with cheese, bake for another 5-7 minutes.
