Tea buns

Make these buns easily. Treat yourself to perfect, mouth-watering pastries as an afternoon treat with a cup of tea.

Ingredients:

Wheat flour – 350-400 g

Milk – 100 ml

Butter – 60 g

Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp

Sour cream – 50 g

Chicken egg – 1 pc.

Dry yeast – 7 g

Sugar – 2 tbsp

Salt – ½ tsp

Vanillin – 1 tsp

Sesame seeds – 2 tsp

Prepare the buns:

  1. Prepare the dough: warm milk, 1 spoon of sugar, 1 spoon of flour, yeast – mix everything, cover with a lid or a towel, put in a warm place for 20 minutes.
  2. Beat the egg, add salt, sugar, vanilla, sour cream, heated butter. Mix everything.
  3. Combine the dough and egg mixture, vegetable oil. Gradually add flour, knead the dough, cover with a towel and leave in a warm place for 1 hour.
  4. Knead the dough on the table, divide into 12 parts, form buns, put on a baking sheet, cover with a towel and leave for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Grease the buns with milk or egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  6. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  7. Bake the buns for 25 minutes.
