Brussels sprouts are one of the easiest dishes to make. You can prepare a light vegetable dinner in no time.
- Separate the Brussels sprouts from the stems and rinse. Boil in boiling salted water for 3-5 minutes. Drain the water.
- Pour some vegetable oil into a deep frying pan and fry the chopped vegetables: onion, bell pepper, celery stalks. Add the cabbage. Simmer under the lid for 3-5 minutes. Add seasonings: salt, dry garlic, basil.
- Peel and boil the potatoes.
- Place the boiled potatoes and vegetables on a plate, sprinkle with fresh herbs (dill, parsley), and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
