Cook broccoli with this easy recipe that includes a creamy spicy sauce!
Ingredients:
Broccoli – 1 head
Flour – 2 tablespoons
Butter – 1 tablespoon
Cream – ½ cup
Garlic – 1-2 cloves
Salt, pepper, paprika, ground coriander, saffron – to taste
Preparation:
- Wash the broccoli, separate into florets, and place in boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes.
- Fry the garlic, spices, and flour in a dry frying pan over low heat.
- Add butter and cream to the flour, stirring constantly.
- When the sauce thickens, remove from heat.
- Place the broccoli in a deep bowl and pour over the sauce.
- Serve as a separate dish or as a side dish.
