This is an unusual mushroom pie, but it is easy to prepare and will definitely please you.
Knead the dough:
- Flour – 1 cup
- Salt – 1/3 teaspoon
- Sugar – 2-3 teaspoons
- Soda (quench with lemon juice or vinegar) – ½ teaspoon
- Vegetable oil – 1 tablespoon
- Water – 1.5 cups
Mix a thin dough. Bake thin pancakes.
Filling:
- Onions – 1 head
- Mushrooms (champignons or oyster mushrooms) – 200 g
- Garlic – 1 clove
- Salt, pepper – to taste
Finely chop the onion and mushrooms, fry in vegetable oil, add chopped garlic and spices.
Put the filling on the pancakes, roll them into tubes. Grease the baking dish with oil. Place the pancake tubes with the filling in the dish tightly next to each other, grease with sour cream on top, sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
