Ingredients:
Banana (large) – 1 pc.
Egg – 2 pcs.
Honey – ½ teaspoon
Lemon juice – ½ teaspoon
Cinnamon – ½ teaspoon
Nuts, coconut flakes – optional
Preparation:
- Separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the whites into a thick foam.
- Peel the banana and chop it (preferably in a blender).
- Add honey, lemon juice, and cinnamon to the banana and mix.
- Combine the banana mixture with the whipped whites and mix gently.
- Place the mixture in baking tins.
- Bake in the oven at 190 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
- When serving, sprinkle the soufflé with coconut flakes or chopped nuts.
